How To Become A Great Athlete - Maxick

This extremely rare book, almost unknown and seldom documented, was produced in 1911, the same year as 'Muscle Control' was first published. As there is no reference to 'Muscle Control' in this book it is reasonable to assume that it was published earlier. It also predated Maxalding as the nearest reference is to 'The Maxick-Saldo System' and, as with 'Muscle Control' it is also certain that it was actually written by Monte Saldo.
